I'm discovering that my most powerful "I" may be my "all is okay" I. It pops up and I feel fine, don't need to do anything, don't need to fix anything, all is well. When this one is in charge, it becomes difficult to maintain the witness, to "step back" and observe. It may thus be my most buffered I, the one most heavily separated from the others.
