I've begun to focus more on the Sufi tradition to make up the spiritual side of my work. It obviously ties into the Fourth Way well. I'm discovering that my most powerful "I" may be my "all is okay" I. It pops up and I feel fine, don't need to do anything, don't need to fix anything, all is well. When this one is in charge, it becomes difficult to maintain the witness, to "step back" and observe. It may thus be my most buffered I, the one most heavily separated from the others. Continue

Greetings to the other members of this site. My wife and I have been working through the phat podcasts and I'm very happy to find resources that are making the Fourth Way so practical and clear.
