I learned of the Fourth Way through James during his time at Xanga.
What would you like to learn?
A way through the difficult questions I've begun to ask myself and a way to accept the possibly difficult answers.
About Me:
My name is Shane, and I've been a wanderer of Spirituality for most of my life. Brought up in a Roman Catholic home, I was prodded through the various rights without full understanding or acknowledgment of my actions. I then learned of other paths. Of these, Taoism is one of my favourites, but I've generally considered myself spiritually panoramic in my beliefs. But I suppose this isn't so much about me as it is my beliefs.
I'm a writer, and have been all my life (It's just that some of my life I didn't know it yet.) I love music, the city, and the serene and quiet beauty of being alone with myself from time to time in the middle of the woods, or an empty street, or anything else that puts me in the middle of it all, and apart from it all at the same time.
My writing of passion is poetry. I dabble with singing, and have no focus or centre in my life. I drift often from new apartment to new apartment, and though I've been in my company for 5 years, I've changed roles 4 times.
I seek change, and fear it all at the same time.
What's your spiritual base?
I don't understand this question, but perhaps the 'golden rule' of Christianity and elements of Taoism and Buddhism.
