The exercises are to give us practice in observing and meditating on our own lives. Each exercise is intended to be practiced for a minimum of one week. They are based on the exercises from Elizabeth O'Connor's book, Our Many Selves.

One wish ? Focus. Not that the work of being conscious would become any easier in itself, but just that I could dodge the many distractions which draw me away. My son often says it's a matter of having "ADOS": "Attention Deficit Oh Shiny !"

Would you be able to complete all your things in this last hour, do you have a conscious idea about how to do it?

And letting go your last breath would you feel satisfaction from knowing that you have done ev

The definition of a dummy is scary in it's accuracy of my condition. And I admit, humorous too. I'm not real !!!
