The exercises are to give us practice in observing and meditating on our own lives. Each exercise is intended to be practiced for a minimum of one week. They are based on the exercises from Elizabeth O'Connor's book, Our Many Selves.
I came across the Fourth Way by chance. A lecturer on a leadership course I was taking spoke to me about a practical system that could be used in everyday life. I then purchased a few books on the subject and started to listen to the James World Podcasts.

Self remembering is a start!

Born in North West of England in late 1971. Married with children, love most sports and a keen reader of books.
What's your spiritual base?
I first read 'The Power of Now' by Eckhardt Tolle but having read and listened to stuff on the 4th Way I find it much more structured.
